Experience gained

Project Structure: The sequence used to formulate this project effectively contributed to the proposed solution phase (high-level design). So I learned that the logical structure of the project will lead to the proposal of effective solutions.

Research method: Through this document I learned how to collect data about performers and how to extract information from literature review which support these data. Also, I learned that relying only on personal experiences is not enough to form a clear image about the studied problem.

Project constraint: Such as architecture, the design of a building without processing the site will result in failure in the function for which it was built. So, I learned that studying and analyzing all the environmental variables that affect the performers will help resulting a realistic and effective solutions.
Challenges

Personas description: studying student attitudes towards the campaign and reflect them as a narration was super hard. so, whatever you try to write you will think you need more.

Formulating objectives from tasks was a confusing step, since it was necessary to make sure to give each task a condition and criterion without mentioning any intervention.

Formative evaluation: I always struggle with addressing kirkpatrick four level model plus using the proper instrument to assess each one of them.
